Olivia Tyler is Founder and Managing Director of Good & Should.
Olivia started Good & Should following a 20+ year career working in senior sustainability, esg, impact, responsibility and risk positions with some of Australia’s most recognised brands across the consumer goods, retail, financial and professional services sectors including Edge Impact, the Westpac Group, Woolworths Supermarkets, Treasury Wine Estates, Foster’s Group, Coca-Cola European Partners (formerly Amatil), Goodman Fielder and the Beverage Industry Environment Council.
She is a recipient of the 2022 Australian Chief Executive Women’s ANZ Sustainability Scholarship, a TED Speaker, has degrees in Marine Science and Environmental Engineering, an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Said Business School Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme, Oxford Impact Measurement Programme and Harvard Online Sustainable Finance.
Olivia holds a number of non-executive Director and Advisory Board positions including Partners for Purpose, the Lost Dogs Home and Earth Charter International.
Through Good & Should, Olivia now advises organisations across industry and academia, using her insights, experience and foundation of “how” to materially shift towards better ways of doing business, managing risk and seizing opportunity and harnessing the purpose-mindset to create benefit economically, environmentally and socially.
